Smile Away skips on my Paul McCartney record Ram. I am thankful for two reasons.
1. It's the only song on that record I'm not crazy about (due to word aversions i have).
2. I loved how the skip sounded! Everytime I heard it I thought, I want to write a song around that. So I did.
